These terms govern your booking of the stays offered on this site — Welcome House's own stays and stays operated by our partner hosts — in Dilijan, Armenia. By placing a booking you agree to them.
A booking starts as a request and is confirmed only once the host approves it. Prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) and may differ by date.
After approval you pay online by card or Idram. For cash bookings, a non-refundable online deposit is charged now and the balance is paid in cash on arrival.
Stays operated by Welcome House itself are provided by us directly. Stays listed in the Partner Stays section are owned and operated by independent partner hosts. For partner stays, Welcome House acts as an intermediary: we present the stay and facilitate the booking and payment process, while the accommodation agreement is between you and the respective partner.
Accommodation terms, prices, availability and service quality of partner stays — and of any other partner services that may be offered in the future — are defined and provided by the respective partner.
Online payments are processed on the payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Payments for partner stays are collected by Welcome House on behalf of the respective partner.
An approved booking must be paid within the payment window shown to you (by default 2 hours); otherwise it is cancelled automatically.
Guest cancellation: if you cancel a booking you paid online (card or Idram), a cancellation fee is retained — the online deposit amount or a percentage of the amount paid (currently 5%), whichever is higher — and the rest is refunded to you. The exact fee and refund amounts are shown to you before you confirm the cancellation. This applies regardless of when you cancel and also to last-minute discounted bookings.
Cash bookings: the online deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not arrive; nothing else has been charged, so nothing else is refunded.
No-show: if you do not arrive and do not cancel, amounts already paid are not refunded.
Host-requested cancellation: if we cancel your booking, or ask you to cancel, you receive a full (100%) refund.
Card refunds are returned to the paying card; Idram refunds are returned to the paying wallet. Refunds are initiated promptly; the time to appear depends on the provider.
The same cancellation policy applies to partner stays; any refunds are processed by Welcome House as the collector of the payment.
Provide accurate booking details and a valid phone number. Respect the maximum occupancy, the pets policy of each stay, and reasonable house rules.
We aim to describe each stay accurately. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
For partner stays, the accommodation itself and its service quality are the responsibility of the respective partner; Welcome House's responsibility is limited to the booking and payment process.
