This policy explains what personal data Welcome House collects, how we use it, and your choices.
Account details you provide: name, email and phone number. Booking details: stay, dates, number of guests and any notes. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email).
To create and secure your account, to process and confirm your bookings, to contact you about your stay, and to comply with legal obligations.
We send a confirmation email when you register, and we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your booking. Booking notifications are sent via Telegram to the host of the stay you book — Welcome House or the respective partner.
We do not sell your personal data. Online payments are handled by the payment provider on their secure page; we never store your card details.
We keep records of payment and refund transactions (amount, provider transaction identifiers and status) for accounting, audit and dispute resolution.
When you book a partner stay, we share your booking details (name, contact details, dates, number of guests and any notes) with the respective partner host — solely so they can provide the accommodation.
Accounts that are not confirmed by email are deleted automatically shortly after registration. Booking records are kept as long as needed for our operations and legal obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can update your phone number any time in your account settings.
We use essential cookies needed for your login session and your language preference.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (e.g. which pages are visited). It may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell this data.
